Invisible Skill Checks Bug

I just got finished playing a match, on ps4, against a pig. When I tried to take the trap off of my head, every single skill check was invisible. I don’t know how to recreate this, but it would be nice to actually see skill checks.

    It's happened to me against Pig before, and just now against Doctor. Typically they're the 2 worst killers for this to happen against due to the madness and head trap skill checks. I have gameplay of both if needed.
