Seriously I need my money Back!
People of the fog:
Good afternoon, I am looking my game and is not the one I bought some months ago, actually Freddy and the Doctor are really different about what you offered me at the beginning when you sold me this game. I am also looking there is a perk that i was using (Hex: Ruin) it's not the same one when I payed you the game and basically I gave you my money due to I like all those products. Is there a way to receive all my money back due to what I bought is not on the game any longer?
I think it's not legal to remove or change products that they sold due to they offered us a thing and at the end they gave us a different thing, won't change thing that you sold. (I'm glad my car's brand representative is not outside of my house requesting me to change my car's engine from good to bad performance!)
I'm also looking all people is angry due to RUIN perk was removed and they are right (I'm not lying... 20 minutes to connect as a survivor...), and I am also looking survivors are STILL doing engines in less than 30 seconds!
Survivors are having Pallets, Lights, Fire Crackers, Loops, Infinite Perks !!! and more!... and killers NOTHING .. and the only good perk killers had was removed! ILLEGAL!!!! (In order to push developers bring back this perk to normal i think all killers needs to stop playing until perk is back again, the only way to end injustice is by people's unity!)
Please let me know how to open a case to receive all my money back or receive an update with all perks and characters i payed.

No, when you buy a game you are agreeing that there may be changes in the future.

This post AGAIN? Your not getting your money back just stop

You can't received your money. Anything will be subject to change. Btw i bought every dlcs as well.

You can't just have everything you want with you. Also the game changes, we don't have the power to change it back so I think we should change with it, adapt, when you do this you are improving not only on the game but in lots of things

If you had argued that the game was terribly unfun the further you progressed and the matching is nothing but a cesspool of disgusting and vile human garbage you might have had a point.
But arguing for your money back on a games as a live service... doing the live service and changing the game you have nothing to stand on.

reread the Terms of Service.
they clearly state that anything you see in the game can be subject to change in the future.
since you agreed to them, there is nothing wrong with them changing stuff and you have no right to demand your money back with that reasoning.

So did you really need to use two Accounts for the same nonsense after you were already told that you agreed on the Terms of Use when you bought the game?

Is this... A troll? I legitimately haven't seen a take that's so detached from reality in a loooong time.
5 -
It's most definitely a troll. Everyone in here is falling for it and it's so funny.

You say that but I've literally seen this complaint before and they were dead serious that time.
1 -
Oh are they actually serious? It looks so obvious though. Honestly that makes his post even funnier lmao

Word for word this person has posted this before, and they certainly seemed serious then (for reference it was on Jan 22nd). I've also seen other people complain about this and be so serious that a dev had to respond.

a ######### here we go again,

A bunch of us would like our money back after DC penalties were put in. The way they were. I mean grats on 4 years of the game. But the only 2 1/2-3 have been play-able :(

I'm not sure you know how any of this works however you my friend and need to learn how to read the terms and conditions and disclaimers.
It is very well known that they voiced the fact that everything in the game is subject to change the second you agreed to that you also agreed to be willing to have something you purchased be updated.

Not sure about consoles, but steam will sometimes give refunds for this kind of thing. The EULA isn't legally binding, guys.

Assuming you purchased the game within 2 weeks prior to getting a refund.
They won't be issuing refunds for this because DBD is a Live Service.

Each purchase has a separate 2 week limit. It doesn't matter how long you owned the base game, if you request a refund for the dlc within 2 weeks of buying it, they'll give it to you. I've done it before for other games.
If OP bought the separate killers ingame though, there's no chance. I don't think steam support EVER gives refunds for ingame purchases, unless it was a literal scam.
(Not agreeing with OP btw.)

Whats an infinite perk and where do I get one? 🧐
Yeah, Killers only have all those pesky aura perks, insta-downs, and iri addons, and moris. Such a travesty.

If you have less than 2 hours played and it's within 14 days of purchase, Steam will consider a refund.
However, if none of that applies then I will draw your attention to the EULA (which is legal) which explains about this being a live game and that things are liable to change and no we will not refund any money due to someone being dissatisfied with the changes that we make to the game.
