Getting Stuck In Hooks / Unable To Grab Survivors Who Are Stuck In Hooks

Hi ๐,
I play on Playstation 4. I keep encountering this hook issue as Survivor and as Killer where if I'm unhooked as Survivor I get stuck and can't run away from a hook. Here are some video clips:
Also while playing Killer, I encounter bugs where the Survivors get stuck behind or inside of a hook and I'm unable to grab or hit them. Here are some screenshots I took of one game:
Please address/put this on your fix list. Its driving me insane and its really making the game unplayable.
