Leatherface needs a nerf maybe?
I mean I’m not sure if you all agree with me. But do you all think that leatherface needs a nerf. I mean I’ve played many games as survivor and let me tell you. I jump through a window and somehow is chainsaw got me. If leatherface has to get a nerf why not make him have a fatigue effect.

Leatherface is generally considered one of the weakest killers in the game, so I highly doubt he would be worthy of any nerfs without any significant buffs first.

No offence, but Bubba is among the two weakest killers to majority of the player base, with Clown coming along into the fight there.
If anything he needs a buff or rework.

Leatherface is actually relatively weak. His chainsaw is fairly easy to dodge for good survivors who understand how he works, and his tantrum every time he hits an object with it can be a serious detriment. The only thing he really excels at is camping.
If you have trouble playing against Leatherface, I'd recommend spending a bit of time playing as him. This should give you a better idea of his power and its limitations, which will help you understand how to play around it 😊

His going nuts mode with the chain saw could be considers OP and needs nerfing...however, everything else about him is terribly under powered. So...leave the nerf hammer away from him, he needs all the help he can get.
Though, I'm not a fan of killers that can one hit down without the help of a totem/stalking etc.

Bubba is one of the weaker killers compared to Spirit Billy and Nurse. He will be getting reworked because of his viable strategy is currently to just camp downed survivors. Being hit through windows is an intended mechanic to keep windows unsafe. Maybe after his rework he will need a nerd but not now he lacks the map pressure unless survivors rush for hook saves.

Certainly not leatherface is amazing in my opinion but over all he is pretty much destroyed 99 percent of the time

Few hours ago there was a post for buffing Leatherface. Now here you are begging for a nerf. Why? Because you got caught going through a window? People who beg for nerfs should be banned from forum. You're not entitled to escape every time.

Omg no. Lol. Bubba needs a buff. The only time I'm terrified of Bubba is when he's got Nemesis/PWYF. There are only three killers in the game I get legitimately excited for: Demo, Nurse, and Bubba. And its only because I know that, without a doubt, I'm not going to lose unless they're god-tier killers. That's a problem.

Yes, all the complaints can be annoying, but OP seems fairly new and he's not demanding anything - he's putting forth his opinion in a remarkably courteous and humble way, leaving room for the possibility that he could be wrong. It may be a misguided opinion, but there's no need to meet it with sarcasm and passive aggression to make that point. Give the poor guy a break.

A suitable nerf would be to make him plug his chainsaw to a 20m extension lead/cord which is plugged into the basement plug socket. His chainsaw should have no charge up time to compensate.

Ask the killer to run speed limiter. It let you get another chance to escape.

When he uses his chainsaw he actually slows down. If you got hit jumping through a window it's because you were out positioned and should not have gone for the window.

Worst killer in the game. He doesn’t stink, but neither is he good. His power is restricted.
Most killers powers do 1-3 different things, LF does not, insta-down...that’s it. While you can still win matches with him regardless of survivor skill, the map you are placed in as the biggest affect on the game outcome while playing LF.

His power also is used for breaking pallets/breakable walls. Not a huge biggy but it is a thing that can be useful.

I have a blast with him too, lol. I've always been of the mindset of ignore the tier lists ppl make and find your own style with whatever character works for you.

I find its nice to pressure survivors away from running away from a loop early. While revving the saw, if someone starts running...I just chase after em and ignore the pallet. This means they cant safely leave until that saw makes contact with wood, which gives em alot less time than me doing the kicking animation. Giving them less time to get to the next pallet can make a big difference.

A drunk facecamping and lazy Bubba can be a bit OP to purple survivors because they try to trick him instead of doing gens, so they die. In red ranks he is weak.

Really just depends on the individual rather than the rank. Even red ranks can be prone to wasting entirely too much time trying to make an impossible save.
This is from a game I had back in January in which I took to facecamping the first survivor I caught (the blue one) very openly without trying to hide myself while revving my chainsaw. The guy even had kindred, so clearly his whole team saw the situation... and they still didnt do more than a single gen this game. The guy who DCed did so after getting downed next to the hook.

That's just laggy hit detection. That happens with regular attacks, hatchets, etc. Its not just Bubba that can do it and has nothing to do with his saw. It's just more punishing when a saw hits you so it seems worse.

Hitting through a window is an intended mechanic as well. You dont even have to be VAULTING the window. If you stand too close to a window, the killer can swing and hit you. Should also be noted that Bubba's saw DOES have an addon which can increase range a lil bit. I use to get a laugh everytime I'd use it and clip ppl vaulting windows thinking "THAT guy thinks he just got dedicated".

Yeah, hitting through windows and over fences. I just meant the "I'm already past it why is his chainsaw still hitting me" isn't just a bubba thing and likely seems that way due to the hit detection.

Yeah, if you are a good distance away from the window and still get hit... its likely abit of lag. OP's original statement though just made it sound like they got hit mid-vault though and either way, Bubba's saw IS one of the weapons in the game that can get extended range.

I usually find Bubba to be one of the scariest killers in the game, not because he is strong, but because it's usually Russian roulette as to who is gonna get facecamped that match.
Run bubba for 2-3 gens? You getting facecamped. Go down with only 1 gen left? Facecamped. Just randomly unlucky that game? Facecamped.

Bubba isn't OP for sure, I played him with BBQ and STBFL and he's terrifying to play against because you can simply get 8 stack of STBFL, chainsaw obsession and you don't a stack, so when obsession dead, you keep STBFL at max, which is fun but destructive at the same time 😂😂
