Does the Killer host the lobby on PS4

When you load into a game, is it the Killer who is running the lobby? or is it Dedicated Servers that run the lobby? my friend is trash talking my wifi and im trying to tell him its Dedicated Servers that runs the lobby but he wont believe me

    You're right, PS4 games are run on dedicated servers, so if anyone is lagging, it's their own connection that's the problem, not the killer's. However, things like hit detection are still killer-sided, so the killer's ping can still affect how far away the survivors get hit from.
