Stuck under hook as surv after being unhooked - shown clearly in clip.

(PS4) (Survivor) After being hooked my camera went to the back of the hook while I was still on the hook then after being unhooked my character glitches behind the hook and I am stuck there until the end of the game. https://youtu.be/PFBf9Hcsh3k
