Question about PTB's

So obviously with a new killer releasing around the corner, there'll be a PTB. Question is, while it is exclusive to PC, can anybody on PC access the PTB, or is it ONLY Steam players? Can Windows Store players get in too or no?

I believe it's only Steam players, since the PTB works using the Steam beta system.
