Getting hit when killer is on floor below

Seriously!

WTF!? I was on the top floor, killer was downstairs chasing a survivor, and we both go down! I wasn't even hit beforehand! Then again, I'm in the next room and the killer somehow manages to hit me.

And guess what! It's the doctor we were facing. Not the huntress or anyone else with a projectile weapon option.

Then after I died I continued to watch the game and it happened to both of the remaining survivors. Totally uncool glitch.

Previous game, against the Hillbilly a survivor goes down across the corn field from the killer. Fortunately they landed by my generator so I got them up. But this makes being a survivor dang hard.
