Before we decide whether PH is too strong or weak, just remember...
When the Clown first came out people thought he was strong, even Adretha (a killer main) thought Clown was strong.
When Spirit was first released people thought Spirit was a fun but a weak killer.
When the Doctor got his rework, people thought it was a nerf to cater around "baby survivors".
When Deathslinger was released people just saw him as a bad version of Huntress.
Pyramid Head has only been on the PTB for a day, players have not figured out how to play as him nor have they figured out how to counter him. Let's give PH some time on the PTB before we decide whether he's "OP" or weak.
Although I will say the Silent Hill theme killer lobby screen looks a bit too gruesome for my taste.

I agree but also - a 4.6M/s killer with a ranged attack that ignores obstacles and can target multiple survivors seems pretty strong to me.

Isn't it still the opinion that Deathslinger is a weaker Huntress, though?
And people thought Clown was strong? Really? Man, just how weird was the game back then to have that impression. . .

I would say the ranged attack is on Nurse level of difficulty to use though. Especially with the SUPER STUPID sensitivity jump when you're about to use Punishment.
