Surv it's Hard Mode Now. Killer EZ Mode with so many nerfs
I returned to the game a week ago after three weeks away from the game. Now I found that even with the gen speed and infinite nerfs (in addition with the other major nerfs to Survivors) killers tunnels and camps or proxy camps every stupid ######### match, even more than before. I understand that they need to kill but playing killer it's ez mode now, they can get kills without playing like bitches. They have a lot advantages after BHVR listened them whining about everything since the game came out (Pallets, Windows, Exhaustion, DS, Balanced Landing, "Genrush", Toolboxes, Maps, etc). Honestly it's boring and annoying playing DBD as survivor now with so many killers making the game boring af. Killers please understand this: If you can put pressure on survivors you're trash, stop blaming gens or maps or crying to devs about nerfing everything. Survivor community already had too many nerfs.

Well, it so happens I also left this game for 3 weeks and I havent noticed a damn thing besides the fact most god loops are gone.

I do and I got 3/4 k every match. Killer isn't so hard. But some of them want so many help for devs to compensate their lack of skill.

Yep :( only a few ones survived the nerf. But we still have the Ormond and Temple ones. But Coldwind God pallets are gone forever :(

As someone who is also currently red in both sides, I completely disagree with him. Both sides will be difficult if you are a complete potato.

Yep. And killer isn't that hard now. The ones who complains a lot should try 2016 DBD. That was hardcore mode for killers. Not now.

I do agree in that part with you, killer mains just keep complaining about everything despite the buffs they have gotten, they are very sensible to every little thing the devs do against them and treat it as a war crime. It just gets annoying.

Honestly, the nerfs are pretty fair, like the god loops should have been fixed a long time ago (survivor main btw).... I do understand your frustration about the camping, I think the devs said their working on something to make camping less appealing. Honestly though, I don't understand how they have fun by just standing in one spot or walking around a hooked survivor the whole trial. Now I do understand camping in certain circumstances, like in end game.

I know. Very annoying. I mean, literally every single patch since like about 2 years are survivors nerfs. They just keep complaining over and over. I have friends with 3k hours or 2k hours and they play every single killer and get 4K or 3K every match. They're learned to be good. And that's what killers need to learn. Not camping around or proxy camp a dude just because you can't catch the other ones or you can't stop them from doing gens.

As someone who is r1 on both sides, I dont agree with him. Its a touch better than it was prior to this previous patch, that does not make it easy

99% of the time when I get yelled at for camping there was a reason for it. I just had someone in my dms complaining about camping. Were in egc, I can see Jane right there, what am I supposed to do?

I've been camped a lot of times since I returned to the game dude. With 4 or 5 gens still. And yeah, some infinites were broken af (That one in Ironworks McMillan'a Map) but devs doesn't nerf killers or killer perks or add-ons that are broken or unfair (i.e. the green Deathslinger add-on who makes him recharge so fast and the green one to reel you faster, Huntress One shot Hatchet Iridescent addon, Spirit's power still broken, etc)

I mean in Egc it's understandable . But with 4 or 5 gens? Just keeping back over and over to the hook? Did survivor yelled for it in that situation? Or killer is playing like a dbag "just for fun"?

Of course not, but patrolling the area and coming back to the hook isnt camping. Theres a lot of scenarios where thats a smart play. I think part of the problem is people take it personal. Its not, its a game. "Did the survivor ask for that" is a silly thing to say (no offense) because the killer isnt specifically trying to ruin your day. Theyre trying to win a game, the play they make may be a misplay, or it may be a smart play depending on the situation. VERY VERY RARELY is it personal, and I suspect if it is personal theyre going to let you know after the game

Nurse, Spirit, Freddy, Oni, Ruin. Judt the last half year. Killers got nerfs too yknow.

Sadly, camping wins them the game or at least draw with 2k most of the time even in red ranks. I've had matches where survivors just crouched around me and watched me till I died even when I had Kindred on. I was furious not because I didn't get saved, but the camper gets rewarded for camping with 4K.

They don't need to effort a lot to get kills like before. Literally every patch and this one was strong af (they got rid of God pallets) and killers when they got well runned even with this nerfs they got mad and camp or tunnel.

Many of my PS4 friends did, I did as well.
My bf completely quit playing killer after the Ruin nerf.
It was unjustified and killers got nothing in return.

My sense of time is off with all the ######### going down in my country. It was the week starting the 22nd-ish of last month.
And you're arguing that escaping 2 months ago with only 3 (usually) trash perks is easier than escaping now with 4 good ones? Christ man.

Nurse was reworked, her power it's still broken she just need more skill than before. Freddy add-ons doesn't make a difference, his power it's still strong (teleporting to pallets very fair and you don't need skill to play him). Devs returned some of that old Oni spin after killer main community cried a lot. And Spirit's Prayers bead nerf doesn't make a difference either, her power it's still a problem like Freddy (broken af and you don't need skill to play with her and got 4K)

its either you are a lier or you are playing in a server that is full of potatoes. Im talking about survivors who can loop killers for minutes and also, if the killer camps or tunnels then he probably bad at the game and happy with his kill so its your fault of being easy down. I hope you still get Camped/Tunnled/Morid until you get better at the game and loop killers for 5 gens like I do.
Have DS and STOP whining at a game that FAVORS survivor.

Sorry, but that doesn't make too much sense to me.
I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but it seems that you're telling me that survivors can prolongue a chase and make a killer so mad that he will camp you once he finally hooks you. Did I understand correctly?

I almost quit, someone talked me into reinstalling. I played for awhike then uninstalled again. I reinstaled when they announced tge map changes. I got better before that, but it just became very clear you dont do well playing any form of nice. Theres not enough time for that.

Yeah the ruin rework was mainly a nerf for low tier killers, because killers like billy simply don't needed it.

I think it was a good call but it needed to happen along with other changes, and theyre communication was ######### atrocious and all by itself made me never want to play this game again. I hope they learned from that, because that was a major blunder imo. I dont think its a coincedence matchmaking got really messed up right after that happened. People dipped

Here we go with the "surv sided game" mediocre argument hahaha. I didn't lied, they're very good because they know mechanics of the game that I'm trying to learn. I consider myself a good survivor but it's annoying that it doesn't matter because killers got rewarded for playing like morons and survs got killed just because a guy wants to camp or tunnel a guy who ran him good. Stop saying that trash that game favours survivors, after all those nerfs. Cmon don't be dumb.

Nurse was reworked, her power it's still the most broken one. She needs more skill now.
Freddy doesn't got a nerf with that reworked add-ons, he's still strong with his no-needed skill teleporting to gens power.
Oni has now a better spin with his power after killer mains complained and cried (like always do) and he's pretty strong. Doesn't need much skill either just hitting survivors and pressing M2 to take orbs.
Spirit's prayer bead was a trash nerf, her power it's still broken and a problem. And like Freddy, she doesn't need skill

They got rid of a crutch at the end, because they nerfed toolboxes AND balanced a bunch of maps. I would've been calm like spirit if they just announced that before.

you are not looping right dude. Survivors since ruin nerf are at their STRONGEST so this period is super easy escape and knowing you are struggling despite having broken perks like DS and unbreakable.. Mmm there must be something wrong with your looping style.

Yup, Ruin allowed some breathing room at the beginning.
Now it's just 100% panic mode because survivors always spawn next to a generator and start pumping them out.
Can killers spawn next to a survivor just like 3-4 survivors spawn next to a gen?

Imagine being so bad as killer to rely on ONE SINGLE PERK to play good as killer and blaming a perk nerf. I loop well don't worry, but still camped or tunneled after killers got titled cause I run them for 3 gens and there are no pallets anymore. And no, I don't use crutch perks like DS.

Yup. I still think they only did that because people were dipping and kill rates were tanking, but people swear that didnt happen

Ever played nurse and got screwed by her gamebreaking bugs partly introduced with her rework? Yeah about that.
Freddy got a nerf, some numbers of his slowdown addons are lower now, that's the definition of a nerf. Still strong now, as you said.
Oni's power needs a lot of skill. And the player needs to have good killer knowledge to get early game hits against good survivors. 40° spin wasn't fine, i guess we can agree on that?
Spirit is not as easy as freddy, but definitly way easier than nurse. If you noticed it, they nerfed a lot of her addons. And "Prayer Beads" is pretty much useless now.
So most of those nerfs were justified. Do you want to tell me, that toolbox and godloop nerfs weren't?

TBH, ruin was never needed if you are good. I never ran ruin even when it was strong, cuz I still 4k with other interesting perks and ruin gets destroyed in a min anyway, I'd rather take something more useful. If you think ruin "nerf" made the game too hard for you, then there's something wrong with your skills as a killer, hmm.
