Survivor getting stuck on hook and not dying to anything

Hooked a Nea on Lery's as Wraith, but was not given points for doing so. In fact, she wasn't hooked. She got stuck in between being hook stated. She was just floating there. Not dying. Could not be rescued (asked the survivors cause I had time to kill). When doing this it also caused other weird things to happen. Such as: not being able to fully cloak (would be able to spam the bell), not be able to vault, not be able to break pallets, not be able to move properly (I could, but it was a very odd mess), could not initiate mori, but I could pick someone up which fixed those parts of the problem. Except I have an immortal Nea on a hook who took my game hostage. A friend of the person who was "not hooked but hooked" added me and we chatted, the Nea couldn't DC, so they tried closing their game. The Nea was still floating on the hook. I opened the gate to start EGC, timer is ticking at half speed as if they were on hook. Then, of course, EGC came in. Did not kill her. I was stuck and forced to take a 15 minute ban.

Had the same thing happen to me too except I was a survivor, once the demigorgan hooked me near the killer shack on Ormand It wasn't even registering. It showed me In the downed dying state yet my character model was frozen on the hook. I then ended up switching somehow to a third-person view of the demigorgan for the rest of the game, which later when end game collapse happen and ended, we were still in the game and both of us had to disconnect to leave. Though when I disconnected I was still getting the actual in game view of the game while seeing the end game results too. Even the killer (Demogorgan) said that after he hooked me, he was slowed down drastically to the point where he couldn't use shred or catch up to any survivors. Now I was forced to quit and take a 2 day ban.

Same thing is happening right now. I'm in endgame collapse playing as Oni and this Nea is on the hook, but the timer is stopped, she's frozen, and others couldn't rescue her. This is really annoying and has happened multiple times to me before.
