The "360" on console; Crossplay
I've played a lot on both PC and Xbox. Rank doesn't matter, but I've played enough to get to rank 1 on both. These are my thoughts:
1.) There's basically no difference between playing a survivor on console or on PC. The controls are fluid on both. You aren't limited on either platform.
2.) Killer is harder on console. It's very noticeable how much harder it is to aim a basic attack, even with the new sensitivity increases. The frames are lower and the controller movements are less smooth; meaning it's much harder to track someone who is wiggling around and may possibly 360. On PC, you don't have to do anything like walk backwards if you're anticipating a 360 – you just go for it without thinking and it works because of the control you have. On console, against a survivor who is an effective wiggler, they can fake like they're going to 360, which forces you to stop or walk backwards, and react to it by keeping on going forward and wiggling. It deeply influences chases, in my experience.
3.) It's possible survivor ranks on console are inflated because of the ease in which they can wiggle and 360. Almost every console survivor in red ranks tries it. Console survivors who rely on this will find their experience will be different when facing PC killers when crossplay comes.
Those are my thoughts from my experience, but others may have a very different experience and opinion and are very comfortable with the aiming and frames on console. For me, I think it wouldn't be absurd to consider making the aim on console smarter in order to make the killer experience similar to the one on PC.

It definetely is easier to aim at longer range on pc.
Aiming at short and medium distance is fine for me on console.
Wiggling is pretty much the same between both platforms and 360s are pretty much a non issue on console if you are more experienced as killers.
The one really big difference between console and PC is frames. The framerate is absolutely horrible and inconsistent on console compared to PC.

What is your killer sensitivity?

62 so the old 100 before they increased the sensitivity for console.

360 on consoles are really annoying to hit, and it's mostly because I lose sight of them while they're doing it, so if anyone has any tips for it, I would appreciate it a lot.

I stop and back up when they start the spin, with decent results. There are perks to increase your FOV of ya want to try that as well.

Oh I cannot wait till I get lobbies full of people who rely on the 360.
I will make them suffer.

How do you deal with the wiggle on console? Cause it looks to me like auto aim is screwing me
0 -
What wiggle do you mean?
0 -
They fake a 360 and go the other direction, the really good players have the timing down so well that your auto aim is still going left while theyre going right, by the time it catches up the jukes done and theyve noved on. It looks like a wiggle

People who try to 360 on console, aren’t a problem for me, I have a feeling survivor may be horrible at first since everyone is going to have to get used to everyone first, I think they should tinker with PS4-Xbox-Switch first and then move on to the PC/Console. Console will need a few QoL and Optimization changes before I think it’s ready though. *My sensitivity on killer is 93*

Auto-aim is ######### on console. I swear it misses more then it hits. I just aim my damn self, but AA still ######### me sometimes. (Like around a loop, I'll hit the wall or rock when I was clearly aiming at them) The problem is are FR which makes it hard as hell to predict whether there doing a 360,or a wiggle. That's why I like to run M&A on almost all my killers that it works on. Get the FOV boost and the TR decrease.

I really really want the option to turn AA off

On console, when I'm chasing a Survivor and anticipating a 360, I will look down at their feet to better track their movements. I will then use my left thumbstick (move) to strafe or back up if I need to the best I can. Some Survivors are still tricky.

Are you using an xbox one x or a normal xbox or a ps4?
0 -
PS4 Slim, but the game get junkier as your console gets older, and they provide no optimization

Would be great to show me an example because i can't really imagine how this is supposed to work.
Regarding auto aim, this game doesn't have auto aim but something that is called aim dressing.
I think it's a mechanic that makes sure that your animation lines up when you get a succesful hit,but apparently this aim dressing can make you miss attacks that should have hit whereas auto aim can make you hit attacks that shouldn't have.
So i don't think you will be able to prevent aim dressing from stealing your hits occasionally if the devs won't look and readjust this awful mechanic.

Ill try and get some examples. It could just be me ######### up but it doesnt feel that way.
AA or Auto dressing id like it fixed 😂

Yeah,i experienced aim dressing stealing my hits quite often. It feels super weird when it happen. It's like the game forces you to miss in those moments even if the survivor is easily in lunge distance.
Really hope the fix that because it's sooo annoying when that happens 🙄

I recorded a clip of missing an attack normally and of getting robbed of a hit because of the way the Survivor abuses movement to force a miss.

Yes, that happens to me all the time. You can not tell me there's no auto aim when that bullshit happens every single game.
3 -
I play on console and agree, because of the framerate and joystick issues the 360 is really difficult to counter.
I actually turned my sensitivity down to 40 and it helps a lot. Normally with the sensitivity up high it's easier to lose the survivor when they 360. With a lower sensitivity you get to slow down your aim and make a smoother reaction.

Yup, thats #########
1 -
Yeah it feels like part of the problem is there is no option for aim acceleration
