Random Frame Rate drop

My game runs 60 fps on my computer, apparently... suddently, my game recieves a frame rate drop to 0 fps for one second, mostly during status effect and randomly.
I use my game graphics in low, resolution 69%
My computer has an 1050gtx 4gb
16gb ram
Core i5 9th generation
