Getting stuck after unhook

Unable to move after getting unhooked when the survivor gets grabbed at the same time allowing killer to down you.

I had this exact same issue on PC. In fact I was actually using the exact same perks as you. Got unhooked, couldn't move, got farmed. Except the difference was the unhooking survivor wasn't grabbed, he was shot by Deathslinger.
