Fix your game before handing out bans
The game needs to be fixed before giving out bans for something out of a players control, I'm sick of entering a match and it completely bugging out and taking me out of the game. Such a waste of money buying DLC & battle passes to be punished by an in game fault, what a joke!

It happens very rarelly that a game bug is that bad the game can't end on it's own and as long as you don't DC otherwise it's just a 5 min penalty
A small price to pay to get rid of all those rage quiters in the past

If the game has (on a rare occassion) bugged out, or the 500 Error appears, I've never been penalised for it, so there are some thinhs they've already factored in.
I'd say the game was more unplayable before because of players dcing left, right and centre, making it an unpleasant experience, so I'm supporting the devs here.

Don't blame the game for your own Internet connection issues. If you're getting DCed out of the game, that's your internet, not the game.

absolutely incorrect, you're speaking for yourself and again it isn't my reality. My internet connection is fine, I play overwatch with no problems, I play GTA online, I play world of warcraft and guess what? They run smoothly. It's the game.

Every single time I bug out I get penalised, I've opened numerous tickets to report bugs & I've posted on the bug forums with my issues. Also in no way am I in agreement with DC's, however when it's an in game problem and not the players fault & they're penalised.. then it becomes an issue. Low key want a refund at this rate because it's ridiculous.

And those games are also backed by major companies who probably has servers in every single country because their playerbase is massive.
DBD isn't, but hey, that's still your internet connection and not the game itself.

It's interesting how this happens to a small minority of people.
Please go to the bug reports section of the forum (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs) and provide a report on the details of the crash. Provide your logs (if you need help finding them tell me) and then try and reboot the game and see if there's any errors that appear, and include these too.

Oh, I'm not blaming the game here. I'm just telling you the reason why you may have a more "smooth" experience on those other games is because they most likely have servers closer to you, because they're a large company.
BHVR isn't a large company, so they only place servers in hotspots where most players live. Meaning you need to connect to those servers. Meaning if your internet connection isn't good enough, you'll find yourself being Disconnected.
That's why I say it's your connection, not the game. If it was the game, the forums would constantly be filled with people complaining about being disconnected. And while yes, those threads do exist, they aren't as common as the Nerf Topic of the Week.

Last time I did this I had no response. I can't access logs on console I don't know how to. I have opened tickets instead to try and resolve the issue.

you realize EAC detects RGB devices and causes random disconnects in the game? My keyboard coist over $150 and had to turn the lights off.
just saying, its not always the persons fault when thyey get disconnected,

Console yeah that's an issue.
The best thing you can do is submit a report if none have been made recently to ensure the devs are aware of it, and then any other crashes from there comment the next circumstances. Ensure you provide as much detail as possible in every report/update.

I live in a hotspot. Also they have reached 1 million players in one day, I'd say that's pretty mega and a lot of people seem to be playing. Not a huge company but definitely a huge fan base, so what you're insinuating is that dedicated servers are the problem. Do you not agree that more should be done to create a smoother game play considering the amount of people that put time and money into this game?

However, the core of it is, it's still your internet connection that is the issue here. Not the game itself.
Personally, I live in Western Australia (yet I get connected to Chinese servers). I have experienced my fair share of BS connections, but most of my games have been rather fine. That is of course, if my internet decides to cooperate and doesn't die randomly. In which case, I would know that it was my internet, and not the game. I have yet to be disconnected by the server however.

Yes I will make sure to do that, I have had multiple games playing as Wraith himself where I couldn't cloak, couldn't vault, couldn't destroy pallets, I could only run around (This has happened like 3 times). Also whilst playing survivor it'll freeze mid hook, or whilst unhooking somebody. Sometimes I'll try to do a gen after the game has been running smoothly and it'll completely freeze. This is not a problem on my end.

Yeah you're right. The x2 posts I've done on forums on the bug report & technical issues were ignored. Then with the tickets it was pretty much a "We hear you and sorry for any inconveniences, but you could also try post on the bug forum!"
