Xbox - Incorrect perk shown on results screen

Played Survivor (Claudette) on Rancid Abattoir against a Hag.
Got hit by the Hag and it showed she was running Hex: The Third Seal, but once the match was over the results screen showed the perk being used was not Hex: The Third Seal but Hex: Devour Hope.
First time seeing it for this perk, but I've seen some screens showing incorrect information lately. I also had what appeared to be a white Survivor's secret offering at the beginning of a match, only to find out at the end that it was a Killer's Ebony Mori.
