How can I can get fix my Disconnection from Host issue?

I have been getting an issue with "disconnecting from the host" but have not been able to resolve it. It displays me and the killer having disconnected.


I have done the following and still manage to get disconnected:

- tried to change internet to NAT Type Open but the Type remains "2"

- hard reset ps4 to factory settings

- delete game and rebuild database

- play on a different internet connection (2 other people's home wifi connections)


The only success, albeit temporarily, was when I deleted and rebuilt the ps4 database. I could play up until the next time I reopened the application. After an update on Ps4 from 3 days ago, that doesn't seem to work either. I'm convinced it's not my internet since the issue occurs on other wifi connections and only started after a major patch from DBD. I also dont have issues on my PC, havent had a "Disconnected from Host" ever.
