Questions about 'Improvements Graphics' on Survivors/Killers & Legendary Skins for Killer

Hi I would like to ask two thing:
1) In addition to the graphic improvement of the game's textures/assets, have you thought of doing, afterwards, also a graphic improvement of the survivors and killers models?
2) Can legendary skins also be created for killers? or only for survivors?

they showed what they showed and nothing more in the stream because they aren't allowed to show more info. You can't ask a community manager to break the rules just one week after.
Also would be stupid to make legendary skins for survivors only knowing there's people who would buy some for killers, and kinda would count as discrimination for half of the community, so I believe that yes
