How does M and A work with Huntress?
So I think that normally Huntress has a 20 meter terror and then from 20-45 meters the survivors hear the lullaby right? With M&A does that change it so she has a 12 meter terror and lullaby is from 12-45 meters or is there a "gap of silence," from 12-20

I do not think the lullaby counts as part of her terror radius.

As far as I know her lullaby isn't effected by M&A at all which makes it a pretty bad perk to use on her.

I'm almost sure you can hear the humming and terror radius audio at the same time

Lullaby isn't affected by M&A, just her terror radius. You 'could' throw survivors off by the decreased TR, but I don't see it as being helpful unless you have an indoor map, and thus able to hide fairly well.

Lullaby doesn't change through M&A- it plays as a constant when you're within 40m regardless of if you can hear her terror radius or not.
It can be a decent perk still, since usually survivors will only start running when they hear your terror radius so getting within 12m of them is excellent.

At least the humming isn't directional anymore.

Makes sense, this is probably why I've been lucky and caught a few people close but probably not worth the slot thanks.

Its okay, lowers TR- not lullaby, people think you are further than you really are. wouldn't give up a perk slot for it, buts its not the worst

Pretty sure they just keep hearing lullaby. It's actually pretty good on her because the lullaby is so big for the most part it's not actually useful to the survivors. Monitor will get you extremely close before they start to panic.

WAT lol
M&A is awesome on Huntress. It doesn't effect the Lullaby, but being that her Lullaby is non-directional and gives no location of where she's coming from, M&A effecting the actual terror radius (heartbeat) allows her to get SO close to survivors.

I disagree. I get ready when I start hearing her lullaby, not her terror radius and I'm sure a lot of people do the same. I very rarely see anyone actually use M&A on huntress.

You can disagree - but this is the elusive example of an opinion actually being wrong. The point is, you can "get" ready when you hear her lullaby (if you're that immersed/scared), but it's non directional. So you're not going to know where she's coming from.
M&A is very common on Huntress - as it is on any other killer than isn't full movement speed.

The lullaby is its own separate "terror radius" so it doesn't have terror radius increases/decreases apply to it, but I still think there's some niche use for it on Huntress. Often times I feel like the lullaby is kind of misleading because you don't know if she's actually coming or if she's just in the distance, and it might help you catch people out of position if they hear your lullaby but don't realize that you're actually really close (because of M&A).

Each style is different, but I honestly don't even "get ready," when I hear a terror radius if I know it's a 32 meter killer already. Just because you hear them doesn't mean they're headed your way. So don't take offense because I am not necessarily saying this is you, but I see lots of people that crouch and hide as soon as they hear any heartbeat. I run Bond and/or Kindred every game so these are the people I watch crouching for literally a full minute while someone is looping the killer near them. If they waited to "get ready," they could have just finished the gen.

When I say I "get ready", I don't mean I start hiding in a corner or something. I am the exact opposite of immersed.
Her lullaby is non directional but it still gets louder when she gets close so it's not like you have no idea where she is. You can still somewhat predict where she is.
I could be wrong though since I seriously don't see huntress players use M&A that often so maybe it is actually really good on her.

But I would bet that an MnA Huntress would get closer to you then when you say you are not immeresed.
Just for information: yep, lullaby is not affected by any TR related perk like MnA or Distressing. And lullaby overlaps with TR, you can hear both when she is close enough. Lullaby only stops when the Huntress is in a chase

Sounds pretty similar to me, although I usually run Spine chill so that gives me an extra leg up if I hear heartbeat but it’s not lit I can assume the killer is chasing someone or just wandering and I’m near the edge of terror

It'll reduce her terror radius to 12m from 20m, but her lullaby is unaffected. The lullaby fills the entire 45m radius; there is no gap in between where you don't hear anything.
They'll still get a warning that you're coming thanks to the lullaby, but they won't know where you're coming from since the lullaby is not directional. A lot of people also won't pay attention to it since it's 45m, so you'll often be in the lullaby range even if she's not coming for you.
That said, though, I would not recommend Monitor & Abuse if you're planning on playing Huntress seriously. The shifts in FOV can affect your aim and make it harder to judge how far someone is, so you'll have to get used to aiming with two different FOVs. You're much better off getting used to a single FOV.

I didn't even think about the view switching that may be why I started missing a lot of "easy shots," lately.

I run shadowborne. If I were to put m&a on at the same time, i know fov doesnt stack but which perk gets priority?

Shadowborne gets FOV priority.
