A Killer that interacts with the birds?

Maybe like a scarecrow or wendigo type killer. Just been thinking if there was a killer that could use the birds in a different way other then sound and visual warning and outside of spies from the shadows.

That actually doesnt sound like a bad idea. Have anything in mind on how they'd be used or what they could do?

Someone else created a Killer idea about a blind woman who uses echo location (or similar effect) to see. I wondered if there was a way to incoporate the birds into it. The more birds nearby, the clearer she sees. Disturbed birds give momentary full vision.
