Beast of Prey Pyramid Head's Best Perk?
So people brought up how it is easy to dodge pyramid heads M2 because of his red light so I realized wouldn't beast of prey actually be pretty damn good on him? Beast of pray activates after only 15 seconds in a chase and hides your glow so wouldn't that be his best perk besides save the best for last? I'm reinstalling the ptb right now to see for myself, Let me know if ya'll use it and tell me what you think.

I doubt it. They'll still be looking behind at you see what your doing if your going for M1 or M2 with the range of his M2 a lot farther than the red stain. I'm not also not sure about using StBfL with him either since I've seen streamers that's been playing PH use his M2 a lot.

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the red light they mean is the big rectangle the power itself makes not his red stain so beast would have no effect on it

While it does take 15 seconds for bloodlust 1 to kick in, which activates beast of prey... Typically bloodlust is reset anytime you use a power. I havent tested it specifically with PH yet, but I'm guessing that would include him making his trenches. Even if it DID activate though, I fail to see how that would benefit PH specifically.

Using his power would, in theory at least, reset bloodlust accumulation like other powers, so you wouldn't get much use out of it unless you're not using your power at all and still failing to catch someone within 15 seconds. Though at that point, he'd be no different from any other killer if you choose not to use their power.

That's really disappointing then, I don't really see a problem if ya'll only allowed it for pyramid head, It would get people to use a perk that generally isn't considered good like other perks.

Nah i used it on him during ptb and it's really good cause most of the time you'll be using M1 and it's not hard to b8 the M2 to where you can get a M1, It's like demogorgan.

He misses AND he still gains Bloodlust.

Yes, either no one knows, because survivor mains would be raging, OR everyone is looking the other way.

Because his weapon isn't considered a hostile action. Considering the shot by itself doesn't hurt when you break the chain early, and that the shot is the size of a dime, it makes sense why this is the case.

And Huntress can't do that because?
Nurse holding her blink isn't a hostile action and she loses Bloodlust.

Huntress shots can damage, even if they miss, no fancy reeling in required.
Nurse uses it for transportation (why would you bloodlust with nurse to begin with?)
Legion Frenzy cancels it because it is already making you faster.
Those examples, and more can be explained.

His power also doesn't cost stacks for PWYF.

That's bs, Not a "hostile action" my ass it's literally the action that leads right to the hostile action lmao, Devs either need to change that for death slinger or make pyramid head keep it as well, They can't have it both ways where it only applies to some killers and not others smh.

Its not. He literally toned down its lethality just because he wanted them alive. I was explaining it based on what I think the logic is.
They could just make it effect only basic attacks... but that would be broken on Bubba or Billy, who have reliable one shots and dont need their basic attacks.

Yep i think that will be the best perk for pyramid head like it is for the nurse. And makes sense because they share the ability to ignore obstacles.
