Blood Point add-ons for Killer

The add-ons for Killer that increase bloodpoint gain are not very effective, as most killer games you can get 8k bloodpoints in deviousness if you play right.
For clarity, I am mainly talking about speed limiter and padded jaws, but the same thing applies for every killer except for Pig
My idea is that instead of increasing deviousness gain from the power, instead the add-on will allow you to go past 8k bloodpoints.

The pig have hard time getting deviousness. The power she has just isn't enough.
