I came back from a few months break and now I noticed that this perk has 0 impact on self care, still 32 seconds heal which is horrible. Didn't it also buff self-care back in the days? I could have sworn it took selfcare down to 24 seconds.
The description also doesnt say why it should not affect self care.
I am playing on PC if that matters.
