If NOED got nerfed in exchange for better totem spawn locations that would be great

So there are quite a lot of terrible totem spawns, such as the one in Lery's, right next to generators, and other obvious places.

I've lost count the amount of times I've had my totems spawn right next to generators.

The only reason I can think of that totems have these terrible spawns is due to NOED. Personally I would gladly take nerf for NOED in exchange for better totem spawns.

Personally I don't use NOED unless I'm playing as Leatherface, as it's a perk that creates bad habits.
