In a challenge called, mechanic chaos, there is no name for the challenge, it's just this:

I can't do the challenge because I have no information, please. Check it out.
Also there is a bug where the name of two of the memories are with the default name.
This happens every time, and it's very important to fix it, because I want the memories.
I don't know if it is because I am playing in a Spanish version, and it isn't updated.
Please fix it!!

Sames happen to me in Spanish client. Mission "Mechanical Mayhem" displays no text and had to search up the challenge in English.
@Blanquetiti , you have to damage 5 different gens in the same match.
