Survivor perk idea, should it be in game? Keen awareness

Keen awareness: Your Keen senses are better when you are in suspense. If the killer has no terror radius and the killer is within 24 meters of your position, gain a audio cue warning you that the killer is near. This perk can only be activated every 60 seconds.

In my opinion this perk idea is preety balanced because not every killer has no terror radius but if you are against a killer with no terror radius it's a preety fair perk because of the fact that it dosent give you a visual warning, it just gives you a sound indication letting you know the killers close so you can do some decision making. It dosent nessacerily give you a free getaway but it is a helpful perk. What do you think about it?

The killer not having a TR is a super-specific scenario that definitely isn't worth an entire perk slot. Why would you use this over Spine Chill, which essentially does the same thing as you're describing but much better?

You can always use Spine Chill instead??? I find it very useful against no-TR killers. As for your idea, it would be an useful perk only in very specific situations but then again people go around telling you to run Calm Spirit solely to counter the Doctor so...

I hate to say it, but there is literally 2 perks better than this. Spine Chill, and Premonition. There is a connection between them, they work on every killer.

Not recognizing Calm Spirit as a counter to Doc’s tracking is a mistake on the survivor’s part.

It would be a better idea if it always procced on being within 24m of the killer, especially since stealthier killers like Slinger and Myers still have TR's.

Of course Calm Spirit counters doctor lol. Who even denied that buddy? I just mentioned it because people will say the original poster's perk would be useful only in specific situations but then tell you to run Calm Spirit to counter one (1) killer that you might not even be facing. Because honestly Calm Spirit is only good against Doctor, Infectious Fright (much more easily countered by staying far away from whoever the killer is chasing) and maaaaaybe Spies from the Shadows but who even runs that perk.

Far too situational, also the existence of Spine Chill (& even premonition although it's not as good) completely nullifies the very existence of this perk idea.
