The Design-Your-Cosmetics Cosmetics

I noticed when I read the rules for the contest the following:
The 3D adaptation of the winner’s submission by BHVR as an official in-game very rare cosmetic. The cosmetic will be unlockable by all game players in exchange for 21 600 Iridescent Shards (in-game soft currency) and will also be available through the Rift for playtime. The in-game cosmetic will display the username of the winner’s choice as follows: “Design inspired by [USERNAME]”. Usernames with offensive content will not be accepted.
So according to this (the one from last year had the same phrasing except the also available through the Rift):
When can we expect to see
Elephant Clown
Demon Hunter Feng
LED Legion
Street Claudette
in the shop?
Anyone knows anything about this?
PS. Also do you guys think there will be the possibility that the unique Premium Rift outfits (not the recolors) will come to the shop one day?

We don't know precisely when Demon Slayer Feng and Mr Puddles are coming to the Store, but it has been confirmed that they will eventually. In the past, we've been told that it will take at least 6-12 months after the corresponding Rift has closed for items to appear in the Store. So, following that pattern, we'll probably see the new Legion and Claudette outfits a few Rifts from now (maybe Rift 6 or 7) and they'll be available to buy in the Store at least 6-12 months after that.
As for the unique outfits coming to the Store, it's possible. We don't know for sure - the only thing we've been told is that "most" of the Rift rewards will eventually be available for individual purchase in the Store.
