Match Making Games Impossible to Play
Is it just me that can't play the game because of the shittiest match Making I've ever experienced? Rank 20 here, just started the game (now 18) and I keep getting matched with single didget people. Even overwatch did it better. Days of me trying to see if any of my games were playable have resulted in maybe a total of 5 fun matches. The game would be amazing if not for the complete and utter failure at match Making! Anyone else having this issue?

"Impossible to play" is an exaggeration you can still play youll just be facing better players.
Yeah everyone is having this issue it's been like this for 6+ months.

Yeah it sucks I Always get faced right now against red ranks as a green rank. Even at rank reset this happens. Just got a game with 2 rank 1's I can say i didnt had fun at all and I will quit the game for some time. Hopefully matchmaking is getting fixed soon because it is the only complain I have about the game.

yeah its like this. I can usually have half the games more balanced at my rank and half all red/purp looping, taunting, gen rush smack downs. I stopped worrying about rank and started each game with what do I want to do this game. I'm gonna try and hit everyone with a hatchet, I'm gonna insta saw everyone at least once. Been just over a month and it gets worse when I pip up into green ranks. Still learning a lot of killers so you just set a goal and go for it, last game with huntress I hit 90% of hatchet throws, hooked em all at least once and sacc'ed one survivor (wish I had a mori that game), all 1 and 2 red ranks that got very salty with each other over the sac. I call that a win, took a sip of tea and re-queued. This game would be unplayable if I took it too seriously.

So you would rather choose to wait for an eternity to get matched with other new players? Doesnt make sense.

New players absolutely would most likely rather wait a little longer than have this.
I have instantaneous queues as killer in prime time hours, and yet will always get red rank groups, no matter my rank. Clearly the matchmaking isn't trying very hard if it's instant.

Why doesn't it make sense? I would, much rather sit in queue for longer and get matched people with similar skill level to mine than get thrown instantly to matches against red and purple ranks. Honestly if that was current system there could be more killers because matches would be more fair and new killers, like me, wouldn't have to get eaten alive in 5 mins match after match after match...

Tbh it's only a small portion of rank 1s u need to worry about, most rr are boosted to hell and a little understanding of tiles will easily body them. No difference between bad red, purple or green rank survivors.
Stick it through, it'll be a bit of a learning curve but once you get it'll be easier.
Or play survivor it's just way easier. Everyone gravitates to killer in the beginning because it's easier, but frankly when I started survivor I could probably count my escapes on one hand out of 100 games.

Yeah I've noticed not all of them are actually good. I've had rank 2 tell me I tunneled him when in fact he could not loop at all and I constantly caught him fixing gens and others were smart enough to move. Like how can you not hear Billy zooming your way from across the map? But the ones that are actually good, oh boy it is disheartening when I can't even get one hit in.
And I do occasionally play survivors. I just don't enjoy it as much as playing killer. There is just something nice going around the map with chainsaw or hammering down people with Oni.
