Ghostface add-ons?

Hi, iv been playing Ghostface since he came out and there's a question that's bothering me... The two crouch speed add-ons, the purple and green one. By how much do they increase the speed while you're crouched? Iv run the perks multiple times and it seems to me like he moves faster when he's crouched rather than standing... If anyone knows can yall give me an idea for the % it is increased by? And the total?

    Just use the cooldown addons. They're the only ones that are worth
