In your opinion, which are the noob perks?

It’s so funny that everybody think selfcare is a noob perk... Selfcare Is maybe a but selfish, but it is still one of the best perks in the game.
Only the way some player use it is „noob“, for example run away from the hook to the last corner to selfcareing even though the rescuer would heal him (maybe with we will make it) or healing always against legion...
Selfcare is amazing if all teammates are down or on hook to have a great impact on the game or during the endgame so you can take a hit or rescue the last survivor. Sometimes it makes sense to selfcareing while your teammate can continue working on gen cause of ruin if you need to be healthy or he can go for the next unhook.
That some player explains to use bond instead is not a better option. You crouch 10-15 seconds to find a teammate and if he heals you there are in total 40 seconds playertime wasted, 20 sec of the injured survivor + 20 sec of the healer and on Top the time before to find a survivor.

unrelenting

DS isn’t a noobperk too. You can’t explain that only noobs get caught and hooked.
I think DS is a ANTI-NOOB-PERK cause either a noob unhook you in front of the killer or a noob go for tunneling. So DS protects you for both cases.

I think only NOED is the top 1

Noed is not really a noob perk imo
It's a noobstomping perk

I'm done with my daily learning for today

In case you didn't notice, 99% of people are saying "noob perks" are perks that provide any significant advantages.

Kiler:
NOED (Goodbye totems)
Overcharge (Seasoned players can get round it)
Franklin's Demise (Especially the lowest tier. Survivor will just run back and retrieve the item)
Survivor:
Sabotage (They usually end up getting the killer's attention and dying)
Dead Hard (Not all it's cracked up to be. Just delays the inevitable)
Plunderer's Instinct ("lol I'm gonna find all the goodies!" *Other chests have all been searched = 😭😭😭)

exactly
Only inexperienced survivors who don't do totems should get hit by it
The second survivors start to respect it it becomes a wasted perkslot

Lol...DS isnt for me because I cant loop. It's for my crap teammates who decide to unhook me right in front of the killer and I have no where to go to loop.

Dont all perks provide advantages? Isnt that the point?

My bad, I somehow deleted a portion of the comment. It was supposed to read "provide any significant advantages".

Killer: noed
Survivor: Spine chill, Self care and Urban evasion

The best possible builds are subjective to their playstyle though, most wouldn't consider NOED from my experience. But the example you presented is true.

Of course, playstyles matter, but some perks are just objectively better than others. My point is that if you're not running a fully optimized build (based on whatever resources you have available and your own playstyle) and playing to the best of your ability, you're handicapping yourself.

Yeah, that's fair enough tbh. What's your optimal build for survivor, out of curiosity? I've been hopping between builds and nothing feels right.

Right now I'm using Aftercare, Alert, Dark Sense, and Kindred. Since I'm a stealth player, I can use these perks to keep an eye on the killer and make sure that when they reach me, I'm not there any more.
EDIT: However, I'm currently experimenting with other perks. I didn't use Aftercare or Kindred before, I had Urban Evasion and Iron Will instead. I'm trying to find the optimal aura-reading build for stealth purposes.

Interesting, is there any perk I can switch out for Iron will? I can't play without it since this one time where I literally died as a Blendette due to not having Iron will (2017 btw) and ever since, I've had it as a staple.

Maybe Aftercare, if you're not interested in rescuing others from hooks and/or healing them. Alert should already let you know when the killer is in a chase.

Thanks, I'll let you know if it worked for me, I'll probably play with it for today!

Just keep in mind that the build is experimental for me as well.

Not that it's bad for anyone to run this, but if I see Streetwise, I just immediately assume the person is a literal noob who's leveling a new Nea. I'll think they're even more noob if I see them using this perk on a character that's not Nea. I especially think they're a noob if they're using Distortion, but I'm kinda glad they use it if they're not wasting their time in lockers, so there's that.

slippery meat is actually very good because it synergizes with up the ante extremely well

Off topic but i never understood saying you are a “bill” main, since different survivors are just skins xD

Hehehehe, he's louder than everybody else, I don't like stealth play, that might be the only difference, but I get you :)

Bond can give a lot of information for stealthy survivors like me
