dbd mobile fps vs console

i recently got dbd for my phone and im just shock of the difference of the fps i get from the mobile version; When i play on console i would say a good 30% of the match the game is constantly rubberbanding (i have good connection) which totally have screwed who knows how many of my chases, if this keeps like that for consoles im just not wasting more money on this laggy mess
