Yet Another Child's Play Chapter Idea
Now, before you go ignoring this post, thinking it's another thread with an asinine way to include Chucky as a doll in the game, hear me out. Given how things in the series were up until the reboot with Mark Hamill, I think I've come up with a decent framework that can give people what they want without resorting to methods that weren't possible in the main series of Child's Play. No levitation, no jockeying survivors, none of that. So, here's everything I've got so far. Still a work in progress, of course.

=CHILD'S PLAY CHAPTER=
Killer Name: THE VESSEL
Real Name: Nica Pierce/Charles "Chucky" Lee Ray
After having possessed one of his first ever victims, Chucky is back in the flesh and is more than capable of dishing out pain like he could years prior.
Power: HIDE THE SOUL/HEART OF DAMBALLA
[When in a match, several Good Guy dolls will spawn around the trial grounds. They're activated by quick movements and loud noises (i.e running past them, dropping a pallet, failing a Generator skill check, etc.), so taking caution and sneaking around them is of utmost importance, as failing to do so will alert the killer. When activated, the survivor that triggered said doll will be able to briefly see the aura of other Good Guy dolls within range. They can be disabled, however, if the survivors take the time to remove the batteries. Failing a skill check while doing so will cause the doll to trigger.]
While giving chase to a survivor, using a variation of the Damballa Prayer, The Vessel can activate nearby dolls to aid him with various things (breaking pallets, restraining survivors, having their own terror radius and stain for confusion, etc.) Additionally, when one survivor that has been previously hooked is downed for the second time, The Vessel will have the opportunity to transfer their consciousness into the downed survivor. Doing so is a lengthy process, however, and can be interrupted through various means (flashlight blinding, pallet drops, etc.). If the process is not interrupted, the killer will take control of the survivor's body for a short period of time (before "morphing" back into their main look), making them their new "Vessel." The survivor will not immediately show up as killed until The Vessel attacks, blowing their own cover. Experienced players will be able to determine whether or not a teammate has been possessed through changes in their behavior and VERY subtle differences in their design. (texture-wise)

<PARANOIA>
Your violent nature strikes intense fear into your victim's hearts, clouding their judgement. Hitting a survivor will make them suffer from the Deep Wound status. Upon being healed one health state, the survivor is then affected by the Paranoid status effect for 20 seconds. If they encounter another survivor, hook, or one of your tools [should you have any] while affected, they will yell and reveal their current location to you for 3/4/5 seconds, as well as the aura of the encountered survivor(s). (alternatively, in the style of the Killer Instinct perk)

<FRIENDS TO THE END>
You become obsessed with one survivor. Every time you hook a survivor, gain a token up to a maximum of 4/3/2 tokens. Upon reaching maximum tokens, the obsession gains the Exposed status effect. Upon downing your obsession, you lose all tokens. Whenever the survivor on the hook is unhooked, they become the new obsession.

<DAMBALLA'S BLESSING>
Unlocks potential in one's aura reading ability. Survivors who successfully tamper with hooks will have their aura revealed to you within a 32 meter radius for 6 seconds.
Damballa's Blessing can only be triggered once every 60/50/40 seconds.

A long-time adversary to the killer, Andy has had more than enough experience with Chucky to know his tricks. And thanks to his time in the Kent Military Academy, he's picked up some tactics and strategies to help combat his plastic-turned-flesh assailant.

Andy's older foster sister, having had her own twisted experiences with Chucky. And with the Entity's all-enveloping fog dragging her into the mix, you can bet that Kyle will be there to help Andy and the other survivors out.

Map: Play Pals Toy Factory (Child's Play 2)
A dilapidated shadow of its former bright and cheery self, the factory has since been run-down after the many incidents regarding the original encounters with the Good Guy Doll. It is now even more terrifying than it was when Andy and Kyle had what they thought would be their final standoff with the crazed doll. Vats of hardened, corroding plastic and bloodstained assembly lines litter the warehouse, as well as hundreds upon hundreds of Good Guy dolls, making it the perfect place for The Vessel to daze and confuse survivors.
