I play on Xbox and main legion and I frequently am running into a bug where while in frenzy when I vault I either can’t go through the vault it just throws me back or I get stuck in the wall outside the vault it’s happening frequently enough that I just had to stop playing legion all together for now.

it happens when there's a survivor crouching on the other side of the vault. Pretty hilarious on Haddonfield or Crotus Prenn.
it has to be one side vault too (slightly higher, impossible to vault back)
