Does Legion's killer instinct reveals you location even if in a locker?

Yea, unless something has changed. Killer instinct does reveal you inside of lockers.

Yes and Legion can also locker grab you while in frenzy.

Rule of thumb:
Killer Instinct goes through ANYTHING (at least for now). No way to block it.
