PC: could not cleanse at a fountain

Was on map sanctum of wrath and I could not cleanse at a fountain on tile fr_dh73. I was able to cleanse on another tile so I think it's just that one specific tile that has the issue. There were no other issues noted at this time. It is also the first time I have not been able to cleanse at a fountain.
