I've cracked the code

So most killers that are called great have one thing in common. It's map pressure. And not just any map pressure, it's the ability to be anywhere or the ability to be nowhere. Freddy can teleport around, billy chainsaws, nurse blinks, spirit can be wherever she feels like it and the survivor wont know until she there, oni can sprint freely at people, even ghostface and wraith can hide their presence to a point where survivors dont know where the killer is. Oh and hag too

Most low tier killers have no map traversal or abilities to affect multiple survivors at once. Bubba is a bubba, clown just got a phat buff but is still just a 1v1 killer, legion cant down anyone with his power, and doctor doesnt really hurt anyone.

Another thing that sets a killer apart is how much they don't care for pallets or generic loops. Nurse legit teleports and slaps you if you wanna treat her like a normal killer, spirit can just not move and it becomes a 50/50 for the survivor, oni can down you before you even get to the loop, billy could do sick curves, hag can checkmate you before you even start playing, even wraith can just hit and run so he doesnt even need to loop pallets.

With all this in mind i feel PH is nowhere near as powerful as he looked in his ptb because he lacks some features that make a killer top top tier.

While this is not revelatory in any way, it is definitely true, in terms of what makes a killer top tier or not.
