Adding an on-command vocalization to killer basekit, heard within a reasonable radius.

For purposes of venting anger/frustration/exhilaration mid-game, intimidating survivors, roleplay and for the sake of memes. It is quite too often that I'd feel that a Doctor giggle would be appropriate to a situation other than me just electrocuting survs or getting a pallet dropped on me.

Additionally, ability to vocalize at will can enhance some killer kits and allow for more mindgames; e.g. Nurse faking a blink or Oni faking a power activation. Furthermore, future perks can synergize with killer vocalizations.

I understand that for some killers it can be OOC to add a call - Myers comes to mind. But for him you could, for example, make it EVEN HARDER breathing.

On a similar note - BHVR, add more survivor gestures.
