PC - Plague can't get Corrupt Purge from a specific fountain in the Treatment Theatre map.

Issue: In one of the bathroom tiles of Léry's Memorial Institute (Specifically the room with bathtubs), one of the fountains generated inside is bugged, and it won't allow The Plague to get her Corrupt Purge power.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Start a match as Plague on the Treatment Theatre map. The issue happened in the "Escape61 - Sqr_Bath_0P_02" seed.
2- Once a corrupt fountain spawns in the bathroom tile, attempt to peform the Ingest Corruption action, as it won't allow you to do so.
