Are the devs going to change the spawning rules of hex totems soon?

I still get games in which my hex totem spawns near the survivors and is cleansed immediately.

    Even if they change the hex placements people will just memorise the placement areas and it will be the same situation all over again.

    Depends how much spawn there is. It could be actually quite tricky to find some of them if they allowed totems to spawn in corners of the map, similarly to the swamp maps.

    Maybe dont rely on a hex totem to carry you through the game.. There are other perks besides ruin

    Not really.
    Wraith and Nightmare are up first, and they INSIST on only changing Totems while doing The Hag stuff.
