PC: Survivor hooked UPSTAIRS in Basement Shack??

Steps: Hook the survivor in the basement shack, they appear upstairs though. They can be hit by the killer.
To unhook, you have to run downstairs in the basement and unhook them, at which point they 'land' upstairs and can run straight out.
