Legion stuck in frenzy bug

just had a game where I was blinded as legion just before vaulting in a pallet in frenzy. I got stuck in the pallet but was able to break it and get out. After that I was running at normal killer speed but was stuck in the frenzy animation and was unable to reactivate the actual power.
