Freddy is a loser, because the Devs. don't care
Freddy needs a boost for the longest time and nothing has been done, and on my pc i7 7700HQ GTX 1050Ti he and a lot of killers are slow in maybe a tec. issues but it's been happening a lot and even when it's not if he dose not have any speed without add-on he's still slow HELP,,,,

Thats mostly mist it tends to slow the performance of your pc. Freddy is only weak because of self care and being extremly loopable around a large number of pallets where mindgames are limited. The self care issue is a serious hinderance to the killer and the de pip squad when doing their perkless investigation found freddy was much more dangerous as none of if them had self care.
He also has the trap of making you think an end game build is good for freddy considering all of his perks are end game perks, Its not a good idea. You need to keep the game slowed down using perks like sloppy butcher, ruin and huntress lullaby. Break chase often and use your reverse deerstalker power to ambush survivours if you fail to get the drop pn them the first time you sleeped them. Try to tag all the survivours you find while in chase.
Hes also one of the best sluggers in the game but this is hard to execute a lot of the time as co ordinated teams will relay information on your position and there position.0 -

Not sure why you post your pc specs tho.because on the small maps it looks like he is doing well and on the large maps he is not, I don't know if it a bug but all my killer seem to be slow on large maps and sometime on small ones, and was wondering if anybody else is having this issue.

Record it then. With these specs, you shouldn't have problems with recording this game. Send it to the bug section.
And you can verify game files, reinstall it.0 -

Based on the release schedule, and what the devs have mentioned, Freddy should be getting his rework during the next mid-chapter patch if all goes well. So, probably right in the ballpark of Halloween.
