Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

More Concrete Action-Time Stats in DbD

To clarify, I'm asking for more transparency about basic game mechanics to be added into the game itself. I mainly want for the standard times that certain actions take to be included in the game. Actions such as:

-Repairing a generator

-Cleansing a totem

-Healing another survivor

-Dropping a pallet

-Breaking a pallet / wall

-Recovering from a pallet stun

-Recovering from a missed attack (Basic & Lunge)

-Recovering from a successful attack (Weapon Wipe)

-Vaulting (in all forms for both survivor and killers)

-Staggering (from a great fall)

-Blinding with a flashlight (by the base abilities of the vanilla Common/Rare flashlights)

-Recovering from a flashlight blind

-Picking up a survivor

-Hooking a survivor

-Unhooking a survivor

-Wiggling free from the killer's shoulder

-Fully recovering while in the Dying State

-Opening an Exit Gate

-Time needed for the sacrifice animation(s) to conclude

And probably many more that are less general than these (or that I simply forgot).

I am aware that a lot of DbD veterans already understand how long many of these actions take (like how gens take 80 seconds or totems take 14 seconds), but I don't see why these stats could not simply be included in the relevant parts of the help section and official wiki as confirmation. It could certainly be an extra utility to help newer (or even some experienced) players better understand the game.

There are a lot of perks, items, add-ons, and even game mechanics that add modifiers to these actions. But without clear numbers to start from, we're just left with "Thing X makes Thing Y do the thing Moderately faster/slower".

Maybe it's just me, but I'd really like to be able to just take the intended length of a given action and see the actual time that would be saved or lost after these modifiers are applied without needing to go into several Kill Your Friends matches just to find rough averages for everything.
