Ghost face adjustment
I just had a match that made me realize that ghost face needs a minor adjustment. I'm not great, so this could be my fault, but I was playing against a ghost face who continually swapped into and out of his power so that I couldn't reveal him when staring directly at him.
Now, I *probably* could have gotten away, but even still that seems to be a functionality that doesnt fit with the design. A simple cooldown on swapping into the power would work as that would allow survivors to reveal him. I'd even advocate for a small reduction in the time to mark someone in compensation. I just would like to remove that minor, but annoying, inconsistency.

What do you mean swapping into power? At the minimum, I believe it takes 20 seconds for his power to refresh after being revealed. As for actually revealing him, yeah, it can be inconsistent for both sides.

It's 30 seconds by default but can be brought down to 16 seconds with Chewed Pen + Address book.
I'm not sure what the "swapping power" thing is either. Maybe it's referring to GF breaking Los and resetting the reveal timer.
Personally, I don't think GF is a problem. Though it is exciting to go against a Ghost Face that uses the marking mechanic and not the straight forward Wraith Face. But with spine chill and other thing going on, I can't blame them either.

The only good addons he has are the ones for NS recovery speed, but you burn through them quickly. They just should fix the reveal bug and put much more of this addons in the bloodweb.

Ghost Face can't swap into and out of his power. There is a cool down even with the best recovery add ons you still have to wait a bit. I think you are mistaken about something or not explaining your thoughts correctly. Either that or he had you like 85%-95% stalked already
