Intoxicated survivors will suffer from impaired vision,etc for 1.5 seconds. Does that mean for 1.5 seconds after exiting the gas or even if their still in the gas cloud?

    It stays for 1,5s after the exit the gas. It stays perma as long as they stay in the gas.
