Is there any way to report people other than the in game system?

I recorded a video of a survivor and killer griefing me on a hook, and I'm wanting to know if there is a way to submit something like that for review. The dude was just spamming unhook the entire time i was hooked and it wouldn't even give me the chance to free myself. This isn't the first time this has happened in red ranks, but it's the first recording i've grabbed. about halfway through the video the killer comes over and just starts repeatedly hitting me, and waits until i'm dead before downing the other survivor. I know it's just one match and most people will tell me to just forget about it, but when the mechanics of the game can be used to kill you by the hand of another survivor, it should be bannable imo.
