Hey guys.
can someone help?! I’m pretty new and working my way through the killers. I’ve unlocked green ‘nurses calling’ in the bloodweb and it has now appeared in Freddy’s bloodweb also. If I want to get to purple level nurses calling, do I need to unlock this in the nurses bloodweb and wait for it to appear in the other killers bloodweb or might it appear at any point in Freddys naturally?!

When you get the "orange" version of the perk in a killer's bloodweb, all three levels of that perk can appear in any killer's bloodweb after that.
You get the first teachable version of a perk at 30 (in Nurse's case that's Stridor). At 35 you get the second one (Thanataphobia) and at 40 the third one is available (Nurse's Calling).
They can also be obtained in the Shrine of Secrets as an alternative to leveling every character to 40 to gain access to their perks on other killers/survivors.

Thanks for such a helpful answer. I couldn’t work out it i had to unlock all levels of the perk in the original character before all levels would appear in other characters bloodweb.
