New Killer. The Link. New Survivor. Lucy Thomson. New Chapter. Linked Together Forever
The Link
Power.
The Link can link 2 survivors together at a time. When hitting a survivor, they will not go down a health state but they will be part of the Link. Then when you find a another survivor, hitting them won’t take them down a health state but both survivors will now be linked. (Cannot link if any one of the survivors is injured) Now when you hit one survivor it will also affect the other in the same way. The link between both survivors will go away once they are both in the dying state. Linking survivors will have a cooldown of 60 seconds once they are both in the dying state. A survivor that is part of the link can find 1 of 2 tables with candles in the map and they can hold L2 for 3 seconds to say a ritual to get rid of the link. Saying the ritual takes 20 seconds. Tables with candles on don’t have their aura shown to survivors.

Perks.
Slow Glory
After a generator gets complete, every survivor runs 3/4/5% slower for 25 seconds.
Ninety Five
When a generator gets to 95%, survivors can no longer repair any further for 20/30/40 seconds. During this time, the generator cannot regress.
Auto Shut
If the killer finds the hatch whilst it’s closed, the killer can set a timer on it. When the hatch opens, the timer will start with 60/50/40 seconds before it automatically shuts.

Perks.
Safe Escape
Whilst opening the exit gate, the killers aura is shown to you. You open the exit gate 5/7.5/10% quicker.
Shack Track
When the killer is inside the killer shack, the killers aura is revealed to you. You run 1/2/3% quicker when inside the killer shack.
Healthy Repair
When repairing a generator whilst injured, you will slowly be healed from injured to healthy within 30/25/20 seconds. You have to be repairing the generator for this time. Leaving the generator will restart the timer.

Alright time to do the review
Power: seems very OP. basically getting to hit two survivors at once is broken, and needs HEAVY repercussions. something where it takes lots of time to learn, and is challenging to play because of the drawbacks, but very rewarding (high risk high reward)
Slow Glory: I'd say make the tiers based on speed lost (maybe 2%/3%/4 or 5%) and the time be 25 or 30, but otherwise a great perk against survivors who finish gens in your face.
Ninety Five: an alright slowdown perk that works really good on setup killers like trapper. I'd say just lower the tiers to 15/25/35 to make it a tad more well rounded. (also it should state that the gen can't be regressed rather than kicked to avoid confusion with perks like ruin or Surge
Auto Shut: too passive and needs to be a perk you activate manually, while keeping it's autonomous nature. I'd say that if you approach a closed hatch, you may tinker with it to make it close automatically after a bit of time. to compensate, the time can be lower to 70/60/50
Overall: not the worst I've seen. the perks are alright, but the power needs looking at.
