Has anyone been able to get through to the merch Support Staff or received your items ordered back around May 21st? I've been trying to get in contact with their merch support since June 2nd and have gotten nothing back from several attempts. I never got a confirmation email back in May and I paid for priority shipping and never received the package either but they took money out of my account.
