Design a stupid perk
As perks that are simple and/or strong seem to be on their way out, try and get on board by making your own terrible perk that no one would even use in a meme build.
I.e.
Hex: complicated nonsense
You become obsessed with one survivor
When you kick a generator or destroy a pallet 3 times a dull totem becomes lit. When the totem is destroyed, the obsession will scream, revealing their location. All other survivors will see your aura for 3 seconds and be inflicted with the haemorrhage status effect for 10/15/20 seconds.
EDIT: has a cooldown of 140/130/120 seconds

Performance review:
For each survivor that has been killed, sacrificed, or escaped gain a token. At 4 tokens you will be summoned to the entities office to review your performance and receive your reward. This is both a survivor and killer perk

Convoluted Escape:
While in the dying state, press and hold the active ability button for 80/79/78 seconds. Once the perk is fully charged, the next time you are picked up by the killer, succeed a tremendously difficult skillcheck every 10% of your wiggle progress. If you hit 9 skillchecks in a row, there is a 2% chance of you escaping.
Convoluted Escape can only be used by one member of the survivor team.
Failing any skillcheck instantly sacrifices you and award the killer full emblem scores and bloodpoints for a 3 hook late sacrifice.

Hex:simply red
if a survivor screams more than 3 times in a match, the hex activates and they sing simply red lyrics once every 5 seconds , alerting killer to their location

Just end me already:
if EGC is triggered or you are the last survivor alive and you are in the dying state, press the active ability button if the killer is standing in a radius of 4/6/8 m around you for more than 3 seconds. The killer will now perform a Mori on you and can’t cancel it.

Perk: Exhausted
After 30 minutes in the trial the killer looses 5% movement speed.

Thinking more about my idea: this isn’t stupid but should be basekit. Also apply the bloodpoints for the Mori to the survivor.
bleeding out as the last survivor is just stupid and totally unnecessary (even if the killer fears DS they don’t have to let you bleed out completely)

Hex: What the Hex?
Every time you hit a non obsession with any kind of attack, they become an obsession. You can be obsessed with 2/3/4 obsessions at the same time.
An obsession who rapidly buttdances becomes exposed until they are put in the dying state.
All obsessions are removed when an obsession gets hooked.
There is a 3/2/1 seconds cooldown on applying an obsession status.
If this hex is destroyed all obsessions lose 1 health state.

Got Your Number
After hooking the obsession, their cell number is revealed for 4/6/8 seconds. Survivors do not have cell phones during the trial.

"Scumbag"
When you are on the hook with the killer within 16m for at least 10 seconds, press the active ability button. You release a big fart, dropping a stinky bag that smokes the area around 16m of you. The killer moves at 90% ms while inside the gas and has no lunge anymore, and coughs for the rest of the trial
"Im not here to have fun"
Stare at a hooked survivor for 10 seconds to activate the perk. The survivor gets sacrificed instantly and 2 random gens pop

Weak together:
You become the obsession. Every time you get hit, one of your teammates gets randomly chosen to take the damage that you would take.
When every teammate besides you is in the dying state, further hits on you instantly sacrifice them.
When you are the last survivor in the trial, get a repair-speedboost of 2% for 30/35/40 seconds.
Does only work for one Survivor.

Defibrillator
When injured or in dying state, when next to a completed Gen, press the active ability button to rip off a cable and zapp yourself like a motherf... . The Generators progress will reset to 0% and you get instantly healed to injured when downed and to healthy when injured.
Has a cooldown of 300/150/50 seconds

The Spectator
After cleansing 3/2/1 dull totems, press the active ability button to turn into spectator mode. You don't earn bloodpoints and can't help your teammates. Can only be used once per trial.

After hitting a survivor with a basic attack, they suffer from the exposed status effect for 5/10/15 sec

I... actually like Defibrillator somewhat!
a conditional multiple use Unbreakable, slap on even more conditions (gen not regressing and needs minimum progression) and it even has a downside!

Hitting a Survivor with your basic attack starts a 60-second timer, resets with every successful basic attack.
When the timer starts, highlight 1/2/3 random Hook(s) with a purple Aura.
Can only highlight 1/2/3 Hook(s) at a time.
If you put a Survivor on a highlighted Hook, 1/2/3 Generator(s) become highlighted with a purple Aura for 60 seconds.
Can only highlight 1/2/3 Generator(s) at a time.
Kicking a highlighted Generator will then reveal the purple Aura of the last Survivor who touched that Generator for 3 seconds.
Hitting a Survivor with a basic attack while having the Generator Auras active deactives them and shows the Hook Auras instead.

Hex: Imprisonment
Survivor that cleanses this hex is imprisoned by the entity claws (immune to all effects - killer attacks, powers, interaction with other survivors, everything basically) in that spot for 30/60/90s unable to do any actions.
If the hex isn't cleansed before the last gen is powered the same effect appliest to the killer.

I've Come to Bargain
If the killer hit you while you're on the hook, your hook progress bar will reset to full again.

Using whatever is at hand, you stab at your aggressor in an ultimate attempt to escape.
After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, Decisive Strike will become active and usable for 40/50/60 seconds.
While Decisive Strike is active, when grabbed by the Killer, succeed a Skill Check
to automatically escape the Killer's grasp and stun them for 5 seconds.
- Succeeding or failing the Skill Check will disable Decisive Strike.
- Successfully stunning the Killer will result in you becoming the Obsession.
Increases the odds of being the Obsession.
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

This Is Bullshit: Every time you are in a chase there is a 75% chance you slip on a banana peel and land in the dying state. Survivor perk.
What The ######### Is This: Every time you are in a chase there is a 75% chance you step on a rake and it swings up into your face and stuns you for 60 seconds. Killer perk.

Wet floor:
Press the active ability button to empty your bottle of watter on the floor. Any Survivor that runs over the wet area starts sliding. If a survivor slides against a wall they are put into the dying state. Survivors can't control their character while sliding. The wet area stays for 45 seconds.
Has a cooldown of 60 seconds. There's no cooldown if it's raining outside.

All For You:
If the obsession is about to be sacrificed on the hook the perk activates. You trade places with the obsession, putting you on the hook and the obsession where you were previously located.
Being put on a hook at any time deactivates the perk.

Beetlejuice: Activating this perk calls on the Entity to scare away the Killer. 90% chance Entity will kill other survivors if you don't agree to marry it.

Unlocks Aura Reading. You can now see the auras of the killer, survivors, killer's belongings, hatch, chests, windows, pallets, exit gates, items on the ground, lockers, and crows. However, if you startle a crow, gain the following effects.
-You are afflicted with the broken status effect for 500/400/300 seconds
-The Doctor's hallucinations constantly show up for 1000/800/600 seconds
-Your perks get shuffled for the rest of the trial
Running this perk grants you massive confidence of escape. You gain even more bonuses.

-Each time you stun the killer, the pallet breaks and you sprint at 150% your normal running speed for 15 seconds
You've violated the law. The Entity wants to bring you in. The following now occurs in the trial.
-10 Clown bots spawn in the trial and search through every locker
-7 Pyramid Head bots spawn and have unlimited use of Trail of Torment
-1 PTB Ghostface bot spawns in. If it is revealed, it disconnects from the match
If your game hasn't crashed yet, gain one final bonus.
-You can now throw up to 1000 pebbles

Hold On, I’m AFK - Killer Perk
While standing still for 30/20/10 seconds, all generator and cleansing speeds are reduced by 25/50/75% for as long as you remain still.

Perk Function: Allows you to vault over pallets or windows in the dying state. Has a cool down of 40/30/20 seconds.

You unlock the ability to t-bag the killer in Lobby. T-bagging the killer in Lobby automatically makes you the obsession when game starts.

Hex: EZ Spins
After whiffing an attack 5/4/3 times in a row, a random Dull Totem will become lit. While this totem is lit, any whiffed attack will cause you to lose 1%/2%/3% movement speed. Going below 100% movement speed grants the ability to commit Seppuku. If a survivor destroys this totem, lose 10% movement speed for the rest of the trial.

Spiky pallets:Each three break actions charge this perk. When a survivor drop a pallet in a chase it get one health status down. Spirit fury + enduring +spiky pallets =GG EZ bro

A Nurse's Calling:
Anyone who is being healed within 20/24/28 meters of you will be afflicted with the Haemorrhage and the Blindness status effect for 30/35/40 seconds. This effect has a cooldown of 50/45/40 seconds.
Monitor & Abuse
After being in a chase for 60/50/40 seconds, your terror radius will be decreased by 4 metres for the next 20/25/30 seconds you are not in a chase. After this effect ends, the perk will go on cooldown for 60/55/50 seconds and cannot be recharged until the cooldown ends.
Bond
After performing cooperative actions for 30/25/20 seconds, the auras of the teammate(s) you performed cooperative actions with will be revealed to you within a range of 10/15/20 metres for 10/15/20 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 50/45/40 seconds and cannot be recharged until the cooldown ends.
Iron Will
After healing your teammates for the equivalent of 3/2/1 health states, the next time you are injured your grunts of pain will be reduced by 50/75/100 % for 30 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 50/45/40 seconds and cannot be recharged until the cooldown ends.

F**k you:
After being unhooked, F**k you activated for 60 second, when the killer pick you up and f**k you is activated, you can take a bomb out and kill everyone on the match, you receive 1000% bloodpoints if you use f**k you to end the match.
This is another meta perk...

"FIX NOW"
Survivor Perk: Every time you are hooked, "FIX NOW" automatically generates a post on the General Discussion forums containing the killer's name, their addons, and their perks, along with an ultimatum addressed to the devs to "FIX THIS NOW".
"Dedicated"
Killer Perk: Once per trial, any whiffed attack will instead strike the nearest survivor.

Leave Me Alone (Killer Perk):
When a Survivor stuns you with a pallet, Leave Me Alone activates for the remainder of the trial. When Leave Me Alone is active, you become Undetectable, have 100% immunity to blinding and stunning actions and gain 100% more BP from all scoring events. However, you also can no longer attack, pick up, hook or use your power.
Survivors also breathe 20%/40%/60% louder while Leave Me Alone is active.

Sharing is Caring (Survivor Perk)
When you open up a locker and a survivor is already inside, you force yourself in with them. When a killer opens a locker with more than one survivor, the two push the killer away and gain the exhausted status.
In dire situations, it is key to care and share.

Hex: This shouldn't be a hex.
This perk auto equip third seal, thrill of the hunt, huntresses lullaby or retributation into one of your perk slots.
you gain 100% more blood points in the hunting catagory for each lit totem still standing at the end of the game.
Nothing to Fear
One of the survivors becomes the obsession. The obsession is utterly untouched by this perks and in fact you will become stunned for injuring the obsession. The obsession gains a boost in some way.
When all other survivors are dead the obsession is hindered and becomes exposed.
Lose Harder
Every time you hook a survivor all repair speeds are decreased. If you can't hook them enough times- and snow ball the match already in your favor anyway this perk does little for you if nothing.
Gen Alert
Whenever you manage to kick seven gens in total you gain a notification when a new gen is touched for exactly 10 seconds or 5 seconds for toolboxes AND eithero f them fails a skill check within this specific alottment of time said gen is highlighted for 5 seconds.
Pet the cat
A survivor becomes your obsession.
When you hit your obsession no damage is dealt and a pet alert is notified. The obsession gets 500 BP, a haste effect and 100% increase in healing speed. The killer gains 1000 BP for each pet.

Forced Penance:
If a Survivor takes a hit to protect another Survivor, they are inflicted with the Broken status effect for 20/25/30 seconds.

Instant Karma:
”t-bagging? Oh I thought you said t-posing, oops” -probably the entity
after t-bagging at a pallet for more than 10 seconds you are forced into a t-pose.
you cannot move, heal, or work on gens for 180/160/120 secs.

After completing the equivalant of 1 full gen, safely unhooking 1 survivor and healing the equivalant of a full health state of a survivor Press the active ability button to call on all crows to attack and stun the killer for 30/45/60 secs

Hex: Party time
The basic attack no longer places the survivor into a dying state; instead on each successful hit confetti will explode out into a lingering cloud for 1/2/3 seconds. If the hex is destroyed any survivor with a confetti cloud still on the map will be inflicted with mangled and deep wound.

Ortinophobia- When you walk past a bird you are faced with an extremely hard skill check. If hit correctly it will boost your movement speed for 1% for .3/.6/1 seconds.
Orthinophobia has a cool down for 5/4/3 minutes.
If you miss you will instantly go into the dying state and be killable by the killer.
Naturally heavy- This perk becomes activated as soon as you are downed by the killer.
Fall 50/75/100 percent faster.
If landing in mud, you will be stuck for the rest of the trail until you either bleed out or the trail ends.
Sadist- When stunning or blinding the killer the perk activates.
Use the active ability button to cream your underwear and create a slippy surface for the killer to fall on.
This has a cool down of 120/119/121 seconds.

You’re Bullshit- Nancy gains the ability to kill steve with her own hands.
This has a cool down of 3/2/1 seconds
It has a 100/101/9000% chance to make the killer terrified of nancy. This makes nancy invulnerable.

Blood Bond
Survivors who share an extraordinary bond with each other share in each other's success and pain.
Survivors in a SWF group share all cooldown and status effect timers.
When Survivor A uses sprint burst, all group members suffer exhaustion.
When Survivor A's madness is removed, all member's madness is removed.
When Survivor A uses Decisive Strike, all member's Decisive Strike is consumed.
If Survivor A stuns the Killer, all members of the group receive the points.
If Survivor A gains a protection hit, all members of the group receive protection hits.
and so on.

A favorite of mine:
Objectively the Best Perk -
When standing in the killer's terror radius, while not in a chase, while healing a survivor, while repairing a generator, while uninjured, while crouching, for 60 seconds, this perk activates.
While this perk is activated, press the activation key to perform a single, specific, highly situational action, and then set this perk on cooldown for 120 seconds.
This perk automatically deactivates if you are injured, healed, downed, or hooked, and cannot be used again until you unhook 4 different survivors, perform 5 heals, stun the killer 3 times, open both exit gates, and repair a generator.
This perk can only be used once per trial.
